Transparent Legal Fees

We believe effective legal representation starts with fee transparency. Our mid-tier Oregon rates reflect specialized real estate and estate planning expertise without big-firm overhead, providing predictable pricing for confident decision-making.​

  • Hourly Billing: $395/hr (Attorney) | $120/hr (Legal Team)

    • Applies to litigation, statutory partition actions (ORS 105.205), trust disputes, divorce and other ongoing advisory services.​​

  • Family Law Fees:

    • Prenups and Postnups: $2,200 - $5,000​

    • Divorce Initial Retainer: $4,000

    • Mediation: $1,000 per 2-hour meeting

  • Estate Planning Flat Fees:

    • Revocable Living Trust Package: $2,100 – $4,800 (Includes Trust, Pour-Over Wills, Powers of Attorney, Healthcare Directives, and initial Deed)

    • Standalone Wills & Powers of Attorney: $1,200 – $1,800

    • Deed Transfers & Trust Funding: $350 – $1,500 per property (plus recording fees)​

  • Real Estate & Business Flat Fees:

    • Entity Formation (LLC / C-Corp): $500 – $3,000

    • Joint Ventures, Co-Ownership & Private Loans: $550 – $4,500

    • Contract Reviews & Purchase Agreements: $550 - $2000
